TDS-630是一款高性能的数据记录器，具备高速度、高可靠性、高功能性和出色的可操作性。新开发的高性能A/D转换器提供了0.04秒/通道的高度稳定的测量。在高速模式下，高速A/D转换和并行测量可达到0.1秒重复测量1000个通道。TDS-630拥有高亮度、高可视性的彩色液晶触摸屏；大容量数据存储卡、高速打印机、内置定时器、CF卡等使得在不使用个人电脑的情况下轻松进行各种自动测量；配备LAN，USB，RS-232C接口，可进行在线测量。此外，TDS-630具有出色的可扩展性，可通过安装选配的模拟输出电路板实现电压输出。
